Move child info retrieval into generic function

Add a generic function for bindings which return a single child info.
This trivializes binding methods like PyGIObjectInfo.get_parent and
fixes leaks in PyGIObjectInfo.get_class_struct and
PyGIVFuncInfo.get_invoker.
