Remove deprecated gtk_about_dialog_set_email_hook and

gtk_about_dialog_set_url_hook.

Those symbols are deprecated as of GTK 2.24. Removing them to use the
default comportment (calling gtk_show_uri) requires a GTK version bump to
2.18.
