 - Document the automatic expansion of ${prefix} and ${libdir}
   in command args attributes.
 - Document that 'makeinstallargs' attribute must include the
   make target.
 - Document default values for skip-install.
 - Document some attributes that take a yes/no instead of true/false,
   also mention their default values.
 - Document the supports-parallel-builds attribute.
 - Add some missing attributes to their module.
 - Highlight some terms.

moduleset.dtd and moduleset.rnc:
 - Add some attributes that were documented in moduleset-syntax.rst
   but were not added to moduleset.{dtd|rnc}.
      autotools: skip-install and supports-static-analyzer
      cmake: skip-install and cmakedir
      meson: skip-install

The Dell plugin has been dropped, and the other option has been changed
to a feature.

Pass `--quiet` to `meson install`. Any project which has API reference
documentation generates a huge list of installed files, and it’s almost
never helpful to show them and fill the scrollback buffer with them.

The list of installed files can always be checked after building a
module, by looking at
`$JHBUILD_PREFIX/install/_jhbuild/manifests/$module`.

The latter just calls `meson install --no-rebuild` internally (in
`build.ninja`) anyway. Calling `meson` directly means we can pass
arguments to it more easily; see the following commit.

This allows for expressions like "python-.*" to be added to the skip
list to avoid building all those.

Specifying skip=* means we want to skip all modules except those in the
config.
