JPEG 2000 isn't that popular in practice. Plus, jasper is of dubious quality, which has led Debian to drop it. So, let's make our lives easier by dropping gegl:jp2-load from our set of baseline GEGL operations. We can revisit once the situation changes.

Constraining the addition of new items was an important function of the ViewModel class. We want to show content in steps of N items, sorted by their mtime in descending order. Normally, this works because the step and offset are embedded in our SPARQL queries. However, when reacting to out-of-band "graph-updated" signals, we might end up showing too manyitems unless the constraints are re-validated. Once we port to GtkFlowBox, we will lose the ViewModel class. Therefore, we need to find a new home for this code. This commit adds some of the mechanisms needed to perform constrained item additions in ItemManager. The constraints aren't actually turned on. That will happen in a latter commit. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=690623

If the item doesn't have any information about the equipment in its metadata, then there is no point looking for it. The code was surprisingly working so far because the following SPARQL: SELECT nfo:manufacturer (<(null)>) nfo:model (<(null)>) WHERE {} ... does not return an empty cursor or throw an error, but: (null), (null)

Collections are stored in tracker's database. Unlike local BaseItems, they are not going to undergo atomic file updates that can possibly change their URN. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=776565

Collections are stored in tracker's database. Unlike local BaseItems, they are not going to undergo atomic file updates that can possibly change their URN. Therefore we don't need to track them in the wait_for_changes_table GHashTable. Moreoever, local collections don't have a URI. So we don't have a key to look for them in the GHashTable. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=776565

Once we port to GtkFlowBox, we will lose the ViewModel class. Therefore, we need to find a new home for the code that resets the OffsetControllers' count whenever BaseItems are added or removed to the child BaseManagers inside ItemManager. TrackerController is a good choice because it already uses ItemManager and the mode-specific OffsetController. The other option was to do it in ItemManager itself, but since some OffsetControllers also use ItemManager it will create problems when the singletons are initially created. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=690623

It is a convenience function for getting the OffsetController and TrackerController for a given WindowMode. We can use this to delete some code in the subsequent commit.
