icons: Drop the Windows Live icon

There is no single visual representation for Windows Live. SkyDrive,
Hotmail and Messenger all have different icons and sometimes the
Windows logo is used to represent Windows Live. So, using a teddy bear
icon is just as appropriate as a butterfly.
