app: Rename gimptoolview.[ch] to gimptooleditor.[ch]

Rename gimptoolview.[ch] to gimptooleditor.[ch]. The contents of the
file has already gone through this change, we do the file name change
separately for better diffs. Part of fix for bug #500930.
