This reverts commit 62648df4.

The Lang module in gjs has recently gained a small yet powerful
Class framework, that should help improve the readability of code
when using complex inheritance.
This commit ports gnome-documents code, by rewriting all prototypes
to Lang.Class.

We want to reset the *search* type if it's != all, not if the *source*
type is != all.

And show it automatically when we go back to overview with a search
string active.

Add WindowToolbar, which encapsulates a searchbar and the regular
toolbar.

Right now, just pack the GtkClutterActor inside it.

Instead of using a margin on the detail label; this ensures the spacing
stays constant even with RTL containers.

Since the widget is owned by the window box, we can use methods on
it directly instead of going trough the controller.

Simplifies code in Embed and delegates to the preview object the
fullscreen tasks.

We only want to use click events where press and release are on the same
item - use the item ID to track this invariant rather than the event
coordinates, since a click sequence is valid even if we moved over the
same element.

See the comment in the code for why this is necessary, but in a
nutshell, GtkCellRenderer will emit editing-canceled as soon as any
button is clicked (since we focus out of the editable in order to click
the button), and we don't want "focus-out" to mean "cancel" if we
clicked on the OK button.

The active source should have never been saved into GSettings, more so
now that we use the same code for the shell search provider. Also, this
code handling it was broken anyway.

Return a GtkTreePath when iterating the model, since the iter might
become invalid at the time we eventually call gtk_list_store_set().

Gtk.show_uri() might fail for whatever reason, so surround it in a
try/catch block and log a warning on the command line when it happens.

Since the string is user-input it needs to be escaped before passing it
to Tracker for querying, or we will error out when using special
characters as part of the query string.

The symptom from this segfault in the miner is gnome-documents telling
GData dbus timeout (due to service dying without a reply).

parents is freed uninitialized if one of the call to tracker fails
thus setting error to non null, ie goto out before parents is assigned
in account_miner_job_process_entry.

The issue which triggered tracker to return a non null error
disappeared after a run with this fix. I miss a commplete log with
LIBGDATA_DEBUG=7 and G_MESSAGES_DEBUG="Tracker,Gjs,libgdata".

Still the gdb backtrace with GDATA_MINER_PERSIST=1 showed that the error
came from:

When an icon is not found, we currently segfault, since we try to load a
NULL GtkIconInfo. Avoid that, and at the same time use
g_themed_icon_new_with_default_fallbacks() to possibly get a fallback
icon in case the symbolic one is not found.

From GPL v2+. Note that this doesn't affect the license of Documents
(the application), which is still GPL.
This is done to facilitate possible reuse of this code from LGPL
projects.
