A commit just to pacify Damned Lies, gschema.xml files were not
really translated in this branch.

Ensure we cancel the initial panel startup if the panel was created and destroyed without ever getting control of the mainloop

This can happen if you plug in a color sensor, with the color control center
panel already open.
In this case, the g-s-d plugin creates a new instance which seemingly gets
loaded and unloaded and control is returned to to original instance.

A workaround is either to not have the control panel panel open when pushing in
the device, or to restart the control center after plugging in the hardware.

when argyllcms is not installed, the only rules targetting colorimeters (such
as Huey) is gcm one : 95-gcm-colorimeters.rules

but since this rules file is executed after 70-acl.rules, ACL aren't set
properly to usb device and gcm isn't able to talk to usb device as a user.

Remove #include <config.h> from headers to make sure it's not included more than once. Add it to a couple .c files that didn't have it

We don't want people to use this library; it's gone in 3.2...

This is the only way that makes sense, otherwise the dark current values would
depend on the calibration matrix values, which seems redundant.

huey: the CY7C63001 is paired with a 6.00Mhz crystal and it takes 6 clock cycles to process a 16bit inc with carry check
