libglom: Added DbUtils::set_fake_connection(). 

* glom/libglom/db_utils.[h|cc]: Added DbUtils::set_fake_connection()
  because ConnectionPool is not public API.
* tests/test_fake_connection.cc: Use this function instead of using
ConnectionPool's API.
