Fix gdu build option

scrollkeeper package is not mandatory anymore, if it does not exist
gdu is simply disabled.  Also, if gnome-doc-utils is not installed,
disable gdu (see
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/ekiga-list/2010-November/msg00071.html).
