HyenaSqliteCommand reads in the entire result into memory in the form of
a ArrayDataReader, so we should avoid asking for more rows than needed.

Compare the sum of the precisions of all colors with the depth of the
visual.

This uses functions that are only available in gdk-x11 >= 2.22,
so we only do it in this case. Users with an older version of gdk-x11
will still have the bug, but it improves the situation quite a bit.

When database could not be loaded, Banshee would print, "iPod database could be loaded, creating a new one," which makes no sense. Added the needed "not".

Per user feedback, replace "search results will be two terms" with
"search results will be two songs" which makes more sense

After user feedback, rewrite opening paragraph on adding columns to make
it read better and be less confusing

This allows MPRIS clients to list our playlists and smart playlists and
start playing any one of them.

The org.mpris.MediaPlayer2.Playlists interface is part of the MPRIS v2.1
specification available at http://www.mpris.org.

It can happen that the device has tracks that are in the database
but not as physical files. In this case the files have a null IpodPath
property, which was causing an NRE at the moment of loading the device
in Banshee. These tracks couldn't be seen anyway in the device's
interface, so it is safe to remove them (besides, it seems the that
the existence of them would actually prevent the sync process
from really happen properly).

Make sure that the fallback value for the last file chooser URI is a
proper URI.

If the ConditionTree is set to null, we need to also clear out the
ConditionXml and ConditionSql. This prevents any previously existing
condition from remaining in place. Fixes bgo#637365.

If you had a device plugged in, the hidden sync playlist created to
determine which podcast episodes to sync was screwing up the action
sensitivity/selection of the Podcasts source.

Fixes TextBlock tooltips and improves performance of scrolling ListViews
by holding down an arrow key.
